THE SPIKED STANDARD: RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We engineer our heavy-duty essentials for the long haul and stand behind our craftsmanship. If something isn’t right with your Spiked Handmades order, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window You have 30 days after receiving your gear to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the exact condition you received it—unopened, unused, and in its original, undamaged packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The Hygiene Standard (Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items) Because we manufacture premium personal care provisions, strict hygiene standards apply. We absolutely cannot accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used soaps, lip balms, body butters, or any other grooming products. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on gift cards. If you have questions about a specific scent profile or product before ordering, please reach out to the shop.

Return Shipping & Freight Because our goods are heavy-duty and densely poured, shipping costs add up quickly. Customers are responsible for covering all return shipping costs for elective returns and exchanges, including sale items. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Freight Damage & Order Issues We pack our boxes to survive the route, but if your gear arrives defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away at shopify@spikedhandmades.com. In these specific cases, we will cover the shipping costs to evaluate the issue and deploy a replacement immediately.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return on an eligible, unopened item, contact us at shopify@spikedhandmades.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the shop's return address and an official Return Authorization Slip. This slip must be printed and included inside your return package so our team can accurately identify and process your order upon arrival. Items sent back to the shop without first requesting a return, or packages missing the approved slip, will not be accepted.

Exchanges The fastest way to swap out unopened gear is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund Processing We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return at the shop. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the cost of the products (excluding original shipping charges) on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
